(NYSE:GGP), owner and manager of Otay Ranch Town Center, is pleased to introduce the management team of the San Diego market's newest retail and entertainment destination. TIM COLBY, Senior General Manager Tim Colby joined General Growth in February 2005 as senior general manager for Chula Vista Center and Otay Ranch Town Center. Tim oversees Otay Ranch Town Center on a full-time basis now. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the outdoor center, along with customer, merchant and community relations. With 20 years of regional shopping center experience, Colby has been involved in managing over 30 different centers in the eastern half of the country as a general manager and regional manager. He has been involved in the re-development of six shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast and the de-malling of two centers in New England. He is a member of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). AUDREY HERZ-MARLOW, Senior Marketing Manager Audrey joined General Growth Properties in June of this year as senior marketing manager for Otay Ranch Town Center. As senior marketing manager, she will oversee all aspects of community relations, public relations, advertising, special events and all marketing initiatives for the center. Before joining General Growth Properties, Herz-Marlow was senior marketing manager for Sycuan Resort & Casino in El Cajon, California. She is involved in numerous community activities for charitable organizations, including the MS Society, San Diego Symphony, Diabetes Society, American Cancer Society and the Boys and Girls Clubs. She is also a member of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce and the South County Economic Development Council. Herz-Marlow earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University. STEVE ISAACSON, Senior Operations Manager Steve brings 25 years of commercial facility management and systems operations to Otay Ranch Town Center. As the Senior Operations Manager, he will supervise all aspects of the physical operations including tenant construction, building engineering, preventative maintenance programs and vendor contracts in addition to working with tenants on facility needs. Before joining General Growth Properties this year, Steve most recently was the vice president of Facilities at USE Credit Union and Chief Engineer for Equity Office Properties. His professional qualifications and affiliations include the Building Owners and Managers Association designation of Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA) membership.
