Eastlake Trails is located in Eastern Chula Vista, zipcode 91915. Eastlake Trails is a Master Planned Community that is extremely family friendly. Most of the homes built in Eastlake Trails are close to lakes, schools, shopping, parks, and walking trails. Homes in Eastlake Trails were built from the 1990’s to 2002.
For the last 11 years running, the San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper’s annual reader’s poll has named the master-planned development of Eastlake as the area’s Best New Home Community. Today, the development is comprised of 3,200 acres and more than 1,100 acres of parks, athletic fields, a golf course, hiking trails and a 21.5-acre lake.
Currently, there are a total of 7 homes for sale in Eastlake Trails. There are 10 homes that are in “Contingent” status, which means the bank is reviewing the offers that were made to the seller.
