Terracotta at McMillin Lomas Verdes by McMillin Homes

The new home community of Terracotta in Chula Vista offers two-story homes ranging from 1,590 to 2,000 square feet, with three to five bedrooms.

Terracotta reflects the new "four-pack concept" with a front porch as the most prominent feature of the homes. This replaces oversized garages that have been moved to the rear of the house.
