“I’ve been going to this particular Los Panchos for a while now and their food has always been on-point! I especially like their green Serrano sauce its spicy and full of flavor. Â I was disappointed when they didn’t have any but it’s understandable during this “crisis.” Â I wanted acknowledge how great their customer service was when in these times I’ve noticed a decline in service from other businesses. I think she was the manager but kudos to her. She offered their equally delicious white habanero sauce and gave me complimentary bean soup! Listen I get it we’re in a “pandemic” but this was a fresh of breath air for once. In this day and age of social distancing customer service goes a long way so thank you.”
