Mi Pan Bakery is adding a permanent San Diego storefront while maintaining its connection to Chula Vista shoppers.
The bakery’s official website lists a soft opening October 7–11, 2026, with hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 6435 Mission Gorge Road in San Diego. Its listed products include country sourdough, sourdough focaccia and brown-butter sourdough chocolate cookies.
In an October 5 Times of San Diego report, co-owner Alejandra Ruelas said the business would continue selling at farmers markets in Chula Vista and Little Italy.
